Operations Manager (Windsor)

**OPERATIONS MANAGER**

Commex Communications is looking for an experienced and exceptional **Operations Manager** on a **full-time** basis to join our team at **Windsor, Brisbane**, reporting to the **General Manager**.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities
- Oversee office personnel and align work activities with strategic business goals
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on internal operations
- Maintain all workplace materials and documentation in accordance with legal and industry standards
- Review and update documentation and business processes regularly
- Manage third-party communication, IT queries, and network coordination

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Certificate IV in Business or a related qualification **(or equivalent work experience)**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and follow through with mínimal supervision

**Desirable**
- Experience using service or asset management systems
- Exposure to radio communications, technical services, or equipment sales
- Basic understanding of licensing or regulatory requirements in communications

Pay: $80,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
