**Part-Time Receptionist
- Private Psychology Practice (Awakened Psychology, South Windsor)**:
- 12 hours per week (4 hours/day, 3 days/week)_
Are you a warm, organised, and reliable person who enjoys helping others feel welcome and supported? We're looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly and professional psychology practice.
**About the Role**: As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an essential role in creating a calm and welcoming environment. You’ll support our psychologists by managing the front desk, handling client communications, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and create a warm, supportive atmosphere
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
- Keep the reception area tidy, clean and organised
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical team
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (health or psychology setting is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- A calm, compassionate and professional manner
- Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
**Work Hours**:
- 4 hours per day, 3 days per week (days/times to be negotiated)
