**Construction Manager
- High-End Construction** _Salary: $160k
- $200k + Super + Car_ _Location

**About**: My client is a construction company specialising in high-end residential and projects. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence, they have earned a reputation as industry leaders in delivering exceptional results.My client's average contract price is between $3-$4m builds so experience with similar builds is essential. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maximise building turnover by ensuring jobs under construction achieve budgeted timelines and are within cost.
- Monitor construction personnel to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to achieve Construction turnover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the high-end construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
