Our leaders are communicative, encouraging, and responsible. If you have customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar field, we want to hear from you! What will you be doing? Shift Supervisors are in charge of the day-to-day tasks involved in providing our customers with a fantastic in-store experience. These duties include:
- opening/closing the venue
- efficient cash handling and management
- leading by example and encouraging the team on shift to engage genuinely with our customers
- ordering and managing stock to minimise wastage and maximise usage Assistant Store Managers will share these duties, as well as the following responsibilities:
- supporting the Store Manager with staff training and development pathways
- ensuring roster is built for profit and efficiency

- following monthly budget targets and working with Store Manager to meet them
- effective communication of store earnings and updates to higher management What can we offer you?
