About the role Windsor Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spare Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team in Windsor. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales and operations of our busy Toyota dealership. What you’ll be doing
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to identify and source the correct Toyota spare parts and accessories.
- Interpreting technical specifications and part numbers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing an in-depth understanding of their vehicle and parts needs.
- Maintaining detailed inventory records and stock levels to optimise availability and minimise back‑orders.
- Collaborating with the service and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Supporting the overall sales and operational objectives of the dealership. What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a similar spare parts sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to accurately identify and source the correct parts.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and part numbers.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
