Requirements:
Well presented and has great people skills to be able to communicate with our team
Experience in media sales, digital, or technical sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Background in B2B sales or experience in construction is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics, SEO, and online marketplaces. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem solving abilities with a consultative approach to sales.
Self motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Duties
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Weekly reports on sales outcomes
Identify and prospect potential clients through research, outbound calls, and networking.
Reach out to potential clients using lead lists. Your goal is to open conversations and spark interest.
Understand target market requirements and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing performance insights.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPls, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Communicate with management team to assist with duties
Process improvement: Offer input and spot opportunities to improve our current systems
Schedule follow-ups or sales calls with senior team members. (As you grow, you’ll start running these meetings yourself.)
