Part-Time Receptionist
- Private Psychology Practice (Awakened Psychology, South Windsor):

12 hours per week (4 hours/day, 3 days/week)_

Are you a warm, organised, and reliable person who enjoys helping others feel welcome and supported? We're looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly and skilled psychology practice.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an essential role in creating a calm and welcoming environment. You’ll support our psychologists by managing the front desk, handling client communications, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and create a warm, supportive atmosphere

Schedule and confirm appointments

Process payments and issue receipts

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality

Keep the reception area tidy, clean and organised

Provide general administrative support to the clinical team

About You:

Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (health or psychology setting is a bonus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office

A calm, compassionate and professional manner

Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Work Hours:

4 hours per day, 3 days per week (days/times to be negotiated)
