Styled after a Kraków cellar bar, Borsch is a romantic Bohemian enclave, the home of the Green Faery, an ode to a hazy and debauched bygone world. We specialise in Polish vodka, vodka-centric interpretations of classic and up-to-date cocktails, authentic wormwood absinthe, Eastern European beers, contemporary Polish dishes and late night fun times.

Job description

We are a Polish restaurant & Bar located in the heart of the Chapel St. We are on the lookout for confident, enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders.

This role requires fun and outgoing people with some experience. Must have current RSA certificate.

To be successful for this role you must have: Great work ethic A valuable attitude Ability to communicate effectively Fun, outgoing and enthusiastic personality Able to commit to every/most, Friday and/or Saturday night and Public Holiday Eve shifts At least a year experience with cocktails
