This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autobarn on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service and playing a key role in achieving store targets.

What you’ll do

Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.

Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.

Maintain a clean, protected, and well‑presented store workplace.

Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

About you

You’re hands‑on, customer‑focused, and eager to learn. You’ll also bring:

Solid work ethic and organisational skills.

Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).

A genuine passion for helping customers.

Basic computer literacy.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
