BMS Project Manager (Windsor)

About This Opportunity Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building technologies, invites applications for a full‑time Project Manager to join our Queensland projects team. This role requires ensuring flawless delivery of diverse projects on time and within budget while building robust client relationships. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
- Lead and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Review and update project financial status regularly.
- Ensure high quality standards and compliance with OHS & E standards.
- Manage customer and contractor relationships effectively.
- Identify opportunities, improvements and solutions to drive continuous initiatives.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under tight timeframes. Qualifications
- Trade Certificate in Electrical / HVAC or an Engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC experience.
- Strong background in Building Automation Systems including design intent, controller product design and alternative solutions.
- Experience conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Computational proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio; BIM and AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
- Ability to standardise deliverables such as software, points list, and documentation.
