Job Details Location: Windsor, New South Wales. Employment type: Full‑time.
- Salary Range: $88k
- $106k per annum + 12% super.
- Rostered Day Off – 9 Day Fortnight.
- Leaseback Vehicle Option.

- On‑Site Parking. Role Overview Reporting to the Environmental Compliance Coordinator and based in Windsor, this fast‑paced, impactful role is part of the Regulatory Services team. You’ll be on the frontline of protecting the community, environment and public health – investigating complex issues and non‑compliance and driving real outcomes. From working alongside state agencies to shaping development outcomes and advising on high‑impact projects, you play a critical role in keeping our community safe, sustainable and thriving. About You You’re an experienced regulatory professional who thrives on complex challenges and knows how to turn investigations into clear, compelling evidence and outcomes. Resilient, adaptable and accountable, you stay firmly focused on delivering results that protect the community, uphold its best interests and keep people safe. Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying, Local Government investigations, Town Planning or related regulatory or legal discipline.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, NSW legislation including the Protection of the Setting Operations Act, Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Local Government Act and Contaminated Land Management Act.
- Experience investigating concerns about environmental, compliance and pollution incidents, and taking regulatory action.
- Experience assessing environmental impacts relating to development applications and reviewing detailed environmental and planning reports.
- The right to live and work in Australia.
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration. Benefits
