Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and property to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Assist with building maintenance, including minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, reporting issues as needed.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and facilities.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up spaces as required.
• Handle emergency situations quickly and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent, bachelor degree in relevant discipline would be highly appreciated
• Previous experience in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations when required.
