Medical Receptionist (Hawthorn)

**About The Role**

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our casual pool as a Medical Receptionist. As part of our casual admin cohort, you will be required to be available for rostering across the below **Melbourne East Metro clinics**, the role is ideal for someone who has a adaptable schedule and is looking to pick up sporadic shifts on a **casual** contract.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
