Female Support Worker - Social & Community Access + …, Hawthorn

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **female support worker** to assist a participant in **Hawthorn, VIC**. This role requires 10-14 hours per week, with versatile scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support social and community participation through outings, walks, hiking, and activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and light cleaning
- Provide protected and reliable transport where required

**Requirements**:

- Fit and active, with an interest in walking and outdoor activities
- Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred)
- Caring, empathetic, and respectful approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant checks and certifications (Police Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR)
- Driver’s licence (preferred)
