We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and poise.
- Publish correspondence.
- Publish invoices to clients.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with staff and clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with office equipment.
Pay: $42,760.00
- $71,119.09 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Christmas bonus

- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
