Unlike the original, **Lona Misa** reveals its charismatic charm and endearing idiosyncrasies upon the first visit. Home to 90 seats and sustainably crafted to be shareable, seasonal, and flavourful, Latin fare and bistro dining collide against the norms of the classical medley you know of vegan and vegetarian dining. In the kitchen, yin meets yang, North meets South, oil meets vinegar. Curley and Martinez, curate a heavily vegan menu offering vegetarian additions.

We are looking for a Section Waiter (Good Time Maker) who is passionate for hospitality, with a genuine fondness for people. We are not looking for years of experience but rather someone who has bundles of energy, is detailed in approach, positive attitude and is willing to be shown to learn and grow within the company. This is a casual opportunity.

**About you...**
- Lightning quick, master multi-tasker managing varying roles across busy service periods
- You will work fantastically under pressure, cucumber cool!
- Your energetic and positive attitude is contagious
- smiles all round!
- You LOVE the face to face interactions with our Guests
- You ooze flair, passion and are a stickler for presentation
- it's the little thing that count.
- Previous experience in a similar role in fine dining or a busy F&B; outlet is essential!
