To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment- Experience coordinating end to end internal recruitment efforts, preferably in an aged care environment.-
- The ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders as part of the recruitment process-
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team workplace.- Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) will be an added advantage
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and or NDIS clearance
