- **ASSISTING**:_
- Holds a Dental Assisting Certificate III and/or IV.
- Ideally possesses 2 years of dental assisting experience and holds an Infection Control accreditation.

- **ADMINISTRATION**:_
- Ideally has a minimum of 2 years of administration experience in the dental industry.
- Provides high-quality administrative services to patients and patient leads.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and understand our holistic dental procedures to address patient queries effectively.
- Strong patient coordination skills, efficiently scheduling patient appointments.
- Ability to drive patient bookings through effective follow-up and engagement.

**About the Position**:

- Work closely with the entire team (admin, clinical & practitioners) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- First point of contact for existing and potential patients.
- Responsible for patient coordination and driving bookings.
- Deliver a positive chair-side experience for patients.
- Chair-side assisting, clinic organization, sterilization, infection control, and other typical dental assistant tasks.

**Salary**: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
