Car Rental Concierge (South Yarra)

SIXT Car Rental is a major player in the Car Rental Industry with an expanding network with over 130 locations nationally.

As a SIXT franchisee, our boutique network is based on the south side of inner city Melbourne with locations at South Melbourne, South Yarra and Bayside Brighton.

The role is a newly created position is based at SOUTH YARRA and designed to assist our front office team to ensure the customers transition from the office to the car works in a timely fashion.

With the primary focus being on the customer you will photograph the cars at the time of pick up, familiarise them with the vehicle, whilst outlining our car return and refueling process. A similar process occurs when they return the car.

Back of house you will assist the detailing team by helping complete their tasks as well as parking vehicles in preparation for the rental. All done in conjunction with the front office.

- Have a current **Victorian Drivers Licence** (HR preferred)
- Ability to work in a team workplace
- Have a VERY CLEAR phone manner
- High level of computer literacy

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00
- $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
