· Collaborative, high-performing culture Your Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager / Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Victorian division. This is a rare opportunity to combine operational leadership, business growth and hands-on project delivery in a key role within a growing national consultancy. You’ll:
· Lead and manage the Victorian office operations and team performance
· Drive business development, client engagement and market growth
· Take ownership of the division’s financial performance, including P&L; management
· Mentor and develop engineers across the business
· Deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions and technical oversight
· Collaborate with the executive team on strategic direction and growth initiatives
