Medical Receptionist - Hawthorn

**About The Role**

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at **Hawthorn** on a **full-time basis**. Please note, you may be required to work at our **Moonee Ponds**clinic, covering **hours between 6am-10pm.**

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

**You Will Have**
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
