Logistics Despatch Officer (Richmond)

**The Role**: As a Despatch Officer, you will be a key member of our close-knit logistics team, playing a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries in full and on time.

This is an entry-level position based at our Richmond Head Office, working within a small-scale and hands-on warehouse setting. You will be supported with in office training and development to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the requirements of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pack and despatch watches, spare parts, repair watches and marketing material for all Swatch Group brands
- Prepare shipping documentation for carriers such as Toll Priority, Star Track Express, Fed Ex and DHL
- Prepare customs documentation for overseas shipments
- Assist Logistics Manager in ensuring all supplies related to despatching are in stock
- Follow up all delayed and missing despatch items in transit
- Participate in stock takes and general warehouse functions as required
- Receive courier deliveries and weekly consignments of watches, spare parts and POS material
- Ensure items are packed and despatched with accuracy within given time frames and service parameters

- Basic
- intermediate computer skills
- Some pick and packing experience desirable
- Exposure to domestic and international courier’s desirable

- Organisational skills
- Flexible and able to cope within a high-volume environment
