About the Role **This role is suited to either**:

- Industry expert working within insurance (loss adjusting, workers compensation, claims, broking, underwriting or similar) with client facing experience.

OR
- An experience consultant who has recruited within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across insurance and financial services roles
- Partnering with clients as a true advisor, not a transactional recruiter
- Leveraging Fuse’s advanced recruitment tech, analytics and marketing support
- Developing your desk with the backing of a collaborative, high-performance team

About You
- Previous recruitment experience or a background in insurance or financial services
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in people and outcomes
- Driven, curious and motivated to build a long-term career
