As an Administrative Assistant at Astra Green Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by managing various administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volume client payments over the phone in a professional manner
- Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering exceptional customer service
- Creating and sending out invoices to clients
- Proactively following up on outstanding invoices and managing collections effectively
- Managing inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with up-to-date client information
- Conducting data entry tasks accurately and maintaining organized records
- Providing assistance with general office administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with clients professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
