As an Administrative Assistant at Astra Green Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by managing various administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling high volume client payments over the phone in a professional manner
Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering exceptional customer service
Creating and sending out invoices to clients
Proactively following up on outstanding invoices and managing collections effectively
Managing inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with up-to-date client information
Conducting data entry tasks accurately and maintaining organized records
Providing assistance with general office administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with clients professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
