About the Role

This role is suited to either:

Industry expert working within insurance (loss adjusting, workers compensation, claims, broking, underwriting or similar) with client facing experience.

OR

An experience consultant who has recruited within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment across insurance and financial services roles

Partnering with clients as a true advisor, not a transactional recruiter

Leveraging Fuse’s advanced recruitment tech, analytics and marketing support

Developing your desk with the backing of a collaborative, high-performance team

About You

Previous recruitment experience or a background in insurance or financial services

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in people and outcomes

Driven, curious and motivated to build a long-term career
