Receptionist (Richmond)

Professional showroom for prestige vehicles is on the lookout for their next director of first impressions / Receptionist. THE JOB:
- Answer overflow of Sales, Service & Parts calls into the dealership re-direct or take a message.
- Post sale and Service feedback calls.
- Strong PC skills
- Meet and greet ALL walk-in customers with a HAPPY FRIENDLY face.
- Offer & make Coffee, Tea or Water to waiting customers.
- Help the Sales team by setting a customer up on test drive of a current or used vehicle.
- General tidy up of all waiting areas of the showroom including coffee machine. YOU: 1. Happy friendly person 2. Well-groomed and presentable 3. Reliable and committed. 4. Wanting a long-term career Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
