Asset Data Officer (Richmond)

We’re inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Richmond, Sydney as an Asset Data Officer. Downer is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zeland. Responsibilities
- Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.
- Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.
- Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.
- Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools. Qualifications
- Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.
- Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.
- White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
