**The Company**

Our client, a renowned grammar school based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their administration team on an annual leave cover temporary assignment.

**The Role**

During this 3-week assignment, you will be responsible for the following:

- Greeting all new arrivals to the premises, including scheduled and unscheduled visitors and employees.
- Scheduling appointments and overseeing calendars.
- Ensuring the reception area is well presented at all times.
- Meeting room management.
- Modifying student records where needed.
- General ad-hoc administration including filing, photocopying, ordering stationary etc.

**Your Profile**

You are a well presented and well-spoken individual with proven reception experience. You are a clear communicator with a excellent phone manner and a keen eye for detail.
- First aid certificate beneficial
- Must have a valid WWCC
