At Pro-Active Health, we deliver evidence-based exercise, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management in clinical and gym-based settings. Our multidisciplinary team includes Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians, managers, and administration staff, supporting clients across Australia. In this role, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment programs
- Manage a varied caseload across rehabilitation and chronic disease management
- Support clients under NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare and DVA
- Complete clinical notes and report writing
- Build strong referral relationships with health professionals
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture What we offer:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology
- Current ESSA accreditation
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
