**The Role**

We are looking for our next superstar receptionist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role will see you:

- Managing the appointment schedule
- Processing payments & balancing end of day takings
- Administration support to our team of Veterinarians and Nurses
- Client education and product sales
- A permanent full time role
- No weekend’s and no after hours
- Veterinary experience is preferred.
- Processing insurance claims
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
- Provides high standards of care to our clients and patients
- Mature and professional when dealing with clients
- Excellent at time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to use initiative, working in a team and independently when required
- Knowledge of RX Works
