About You

You’re energetic, caring and dedicated to fostering children’s growth through creative, adaptable, and inquiry-based tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative setting, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient, you take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.

To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed Diploma,Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will:

Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.

Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.

Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.

Build robust relationships with children, families, and team members.

Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
