Payroll Hr Specialist Riverstone

Diploma of Human Resources or Cert IV (preferable)

Certificate in Payroll Management (preferable)

Demonstrate sound leadership/supervisory skills

Sound understanding and use of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook

Positive reading and communication skills

Ability to present information and communicate to large groups of people

Ability to balance individual work and work well in a team workplace.

Experience with Payroll in xero

Tasks & responsibilities

Weekly Payroll and Human Resource functions. The HR & Payroll Officer also has the responsibility of performing the role of the Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator and supporting senior management in other administrative matters.

Monthly Payments of employee deductions and statutory payments.

Workers compensation claims to the insurer and regulator. Develop RTW plans and maintain MDG injury statistics.

Perform recruitment and selection

Property or plant damage claims to insurer

Salary: $50,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
