ELC ADMINISTRATOR Commencing as soon as practicable. Part Time (0.6 FTE) to Full Time (1 FTE) position, with the possibility of flexible working hours for the right candidate. The College is currently seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised ELC Administrator to join our Early Learning Centre team of committed professionals. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A positive and professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and systems.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to supporting operations and improving systems.
- A willingness to support College culture and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- A current WWCC and First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain). About the Role This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Early Learning Centre and Director of ELC/OSHC. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for families, visitors and the community.
- Providing coverage on the floor of planning time and breaks (0.2 FTE).
- Maintaining accurate student, enrolment, attendance and medical records.
- Supporting compliance requirements, including WWCC, training registers and regulatory documentation.
- Managing the Director’s calendar, correspondence and daily administrative functions.
- Coordinating parent communication and onboarding processes.
- Managing rostering, staffing adjustments and timesheet processes.
- Supporting payroll administration and time-in-lieu tracking.
- Assisting with events, orientations and community engagement activities.
- Supporting health, medical and first aid compliance processes.
- Maintaining systems, data integrity and operational workflows across the ELC. We offer:
