**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a confident, energetic Assistant Manager to help lead this diverse, high-energy venue. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor, thrives in busy services, and knows how to bring teams together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone, driving standards, and supporting the venue’s continued growth.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Leading and inspiring teams across bars, bistro, café, gaming and late-night trade
- Delivering smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume environment
- Maintaining strong compliance, reporting, and venue standards
- Handling guest interactions with confidence and care
- Supporting leadership initiatives that lift performance, engagement, and culture

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in a large, multi-faceted venue
- A positive, people-focused leader who leads from the front
- Calm, clear communicator who performs well under pressure
- Flexible to work weekends, late nights and public holidays
- RSA, RCG & ARCG essential
