The Opportunity:
CSR is looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst – Operations to join our team in Schofields. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, leveraging data, and driving insights that improve performance across manufacturing.
In this role, you'll partner with both finance and operations teams to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and continuous improvement across key business areas. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting decision-making through strong analysis, systems, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and non-financial data for monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts
- Support Net Manufacturing Savings (NMS) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Project Tracker (WCM tool) and associated reporting
- Deliver focused MIS reporting, identifying opportunities across inventory, capex, and cost drivers
- Support working capital improvement initiatives across inventory, payables, and receivables
- Develop operational metrics across manufacturing plants (production, yields, efficiencies, etc.)
- Leverage systems and automation to enhance reporting, including dashboards (Power BI)
- Support key projects, including network and business modelling initiatives
- Assist with insurance data preparation and broader finance processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement across finance and reporting processes About You
- Experience in a Finance Analyst or similar operational finance role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments (highly regarded)
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset What we offer
