**About the role**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Marsden Park. Specialising in knowledge of tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc.

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing sales transactions
- Providing advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
- Processing and maintaining customer orders

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations
- Working well in a team environment and individually
- Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years
- fast-moving consumer goods)
- Computer literacy
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
