About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Marsden Park. Specialising in knowledge of tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc.

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

Processing sales transactions

Providing advice and information on products

Supporting customer queries and offering solutions

Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store

Processing and maintaining customer orders

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations

Working well in a team environment and individually

Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years
- fast-moving consumer goods)

Computer literacy

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
