Waiter/ess (Robina)

Taboon Robina is looking for an experienced person to join our Food Service Team.

8-10hrs/week at above Casual Award Rates (once trained) for regular Friday Night & Saturday Night Shifts + Weekday/ Saturday/Sunday Lunches occasionally. These hours would ideally suit a Uni Student, someone already holding a daytime position or an older person wanting to work a few hours a week.

The following skills/traits are necessary for the position:

- Excellent Barista skills
- Experienced in POS & EFTPOS operation
- Good knowledge of food & wine
- Ability to recommend food to customers & upsell
- Experienced in all facets of restaurant Table Service Service and Counter Service
- Ability to work efficiently & quickly under pressure
- Bright, friendly & confident personality with ability to upsell
- Ability to learn large diverse menu thoroughly
- Excellent communication skills both in listening and transferring information
- Excellent customer relations skills/mature attitude
- Punctual, Reliable & Hardworking
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in similar position
