We’re on the lookout for **vibrant, customer loving legends** to join our **Group Reservations Team** in beautiful Robina.

Whether you’re a seasoned reservations pro or ready to kickstart your career in travel, we’ve got opportunities for both **Senior and Junior roles**!

**What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Day of Holiday Magic!)**
- Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getaways
- Assisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries
- Working with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packages
- Creating custom quotes that hit the mark
- Cross-selling and **up-selling accommodation, day tours and extras**

**We’d Love to Hear from You If You...**
- Are a confident, friendly communicator especially on the phone
- Have a can-do attitude and love working in a team
- Bring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer service
- Learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment
- Have previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!)
- Have **sales experience** or a knack for **cross-selling** highly desirable!

**The Role**
- Full time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am-7pm)
- Based in our Robina office
- no remote work, but plenty of team fun!

Pay: $26.14
- $34.05 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
