Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude

Mange appointment schedules efficiently

Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally

Maintain patient records accurately

Collaborate with the physiotherapy team to ensure smooth operations

Taking payments and invoicing

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, however training will be provided for those without

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Robust organisational abilities

Computer proficiency

Phone call professionalism

We are currently looking for someone to fill a part time role, with weekday work only. Hours may be from 20hrs+ a week.

- $28.00 per hour

- 30 per week
