Key Responsibilities
Overseeing compliant Operations from our Gracemere & Bajool locations
Induct drivers aligned with Booth Transport operating procedures and familiarisation with specific vehicles and equipment for secure operation
Assess driver competency as a part of pre-employment checks and send reports of outcomes and actions within expected timeframes
Complete investigations of any incident as requested, implement and follow up any corrective actions within expected timeframes
Record training and assessment activities accurately along with implement training solutions and contribute to developing and updating training and assessment resources
Manage, monitor and review compliant operational movements & documentation
Conduct job site safety and compliance inspections, safety hazard analysis and work procedures
Experience Required
Transport knowledge within the Dangerous Goods industry preferred
Experience in Chain of Responsibility
Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain
Experience in conducting On–Road & Operations assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management skills
