About Our Client You'll be joining a hands-on road crew working on maintenance and civil projects around the Rockhampton region. The work is outdoors, physical and team focused, with a crew that gets in, gets the job done and looks out for each other on site. Projects can vary, so no two swings are exactly the same, and there may be future opportunities to work away as projects move. What You'll Do Help with road maintenance and general labouring duties on site Work alongside operators and crew members to keep projects moving Load, unload and move materials and equipment around site Keep work areas safe, clean and organised Tickets Experience You'll Need You'll need this gear sorted before you start: Current HC Licence Construction White Card Physically fit and capable of manual labour Reliable transport and solid work ethic Willingness to work away when required Previous road crew or civil experience is handy but not essential Benefits $***** per hour with consistent rostered work 10 days on / 4 days off roster Ongoing opportunities with potential future projects away Supportive crew and straightforward site setting Prospect to build experience in civil and road maintenance work About AWX AWX started out with two blokes, a people problem and a whole lot of grit and that's still how we run.
