We are seeking an experienced and visionaryleader to join AnglicareCQ as an Executive Manager
- ServiceDevelopment, to be based in Rockhampton. This pivotal role willoversee service delivery teams and ensure contractural performance,compliance, continuous improvement and strategic growth throughpartnerships and innovation. What will a typical day looklike?
- Lead andinspire service delivery portfolio managers to providesafe, inclusive, and culturally appropriateservices.
- Drive growthand sustainability by identifying funding opportunities,strategic partnerships, and sector innovations.
- Ensurecompliance and excellence in licensing, accreditation, riskmanagement, and contractual obligations.
- Championcontinuous improvement and embed best practice across allprograms.
- RepresentAnglicareCQ in networks, forums, and advocacy initiativesto strengthen community impact. MandatoryRequirements:
- Abachelor’s degree in social or behavioural sciences, socialwork or psychology (or related discipline).
- Aminimum 5 years of relevant managerial level experience withincommunity services and housing sectors.
