Front of House - Wait Staff - Bar & Beverage Staff (Rockingham)

We are on the hunt for several well presented Front of House team members to join our friendly and fun-loving team. You will provide an outstanding dining experience to our existing and future guests. We are looking for someone who is proud of their work, thoroughly organised and strives to learn to develop their own skills and contribute to the team.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated staff to work across our venues including Bar Staff, Wait Staff and Food Runner with the following abilities:

- Proven ability to deliver high quality service, with a passion for your craft
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills
- A willingness to learn, grow and go above and beyond to deliver enjoyable experiences for our guests
- Proven ability to lead by example
- One who love to work as a Team

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work a varied roster
- including weekends & holidays
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Professional presentation and strong focus on customer service
- Impeccable verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable and possess the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Capacity to help other team members learn
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure working in a high volume and rapid paced environment
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurants operations, as needed
