- Greeting members and promptly addressing their automotive service needs.
- Communicating effectively with members to understand their vehicle concerns and accurately documenting the issues.
- Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provide members with detailed repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Preparing and presenting accurate service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Coordinating service schedules and ensuring members are kept informed of progress.
- Maintaining organized records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and member records.
- Member-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology, maintenance procedures, and common vehicle issues.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software for service scheduling and documentation.
