Jugnu Rockingham Pty Ltd Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking a variety of meals in accordance with menu requirements and portion standards Ensuring food quality, taste, consistency and presentation are maintained at a high standard Assisting with daily kitchen preparation, cooking and service operations Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen Monitoring stock rotation and assisting with inventory control and ordering Minimising food wastage and ensuring efficient kitchen operations Working effectively during busy service periods, including evenings and weekends Supporting teamwork and maintaining smooth communication within the kitchen team Requirements: Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality preferred Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a restaurant, café or hospitality environment Robust understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication, organisation and teamwork skills Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Valid Australian working rights What we offer: Full-time stable employment Competitive salary package of $75,000 – $80,000 per year Flexible working arrangements Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow within an established hospitality business About Company Jugnu Rockingham Pty Ltd is a hospitality business based in Rockingham, Western Australia, focused on delivering quality food and customer service in a welcoming and community-oriented environment.
