We are building a modern, patient-focused clinic bringing together general practice, allied health, diagnostics, and specialist services under one roof. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role and help shape the culture, systems, and future direction of a growing healthcare organisation from day one.
About the Role
Working closely with ownership and clinical leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth running, exceptional patient care, and a positive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include Managing daily clinic operations and workflow Leading the administration and reception teams Supporting doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals Overseeing rostering, systems, compliance, and accreditation Monitoring billing, operational performance, and practice efficiency Driving a qualified, patient-centred clinic culture
About You You are a confident and organised healthcare leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys building strong teams and systems.
Essential: Previous Practice Manager or senior healthcare administration experience Strong understanding of medical practice operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Experience with Medicare billing and clinical software systems Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively
Highly Regarded: General practice or multidisciplinary healthcare experience Accreditation experience Financial and operational reporting experience
