Cleaning Manager (Waikiki)

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced **Team Leader** to oversee property management operations and staff coordination across our housing support services. If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a background in Airbnb or housing management, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in **Airbnb or housing management**:

- Strong communication skills with **clients, teams, and contractors**:

- Valid **Police Clearance**, **NDIS Worker Screening**, and **Working With Children Check**:

- **Full driver’s licence**:

- **Fluent English** (spoken and written)
- **Australian citizenship or permanent residency**

What You’ll Do
- **Manage and lead teams** across multiple properties
- **Coordinate with contracted teams** to ensure service delivery
- **Oversee on-site staff**, inspect properties, and report on performance
- Conduct **KPI reviews and improvement meetings** to drive quality outcomes
- Communicating with Administration

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $32.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10
- 30 per week
