We’re looking for a Property Management Assistant to support our busy property team and help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. If you like variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team that gets things done, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Property Managers with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with inspections, maintenance coordination, and leasing support
- Carrying out essential on-the-ground tasks (e.g. lock boxes, mail checks)
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records
- Being a reliable, organised support to the wider team What We’re Looking For
- Someone organised, proactive, and people-friendly
- Confident communicator with strong phone skills
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail — nothing slips past you
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Having a current Property Management Registration is preferred
